Ive had this raised mole just under my arm for 1/2 years now. It has got a little bigger and does itch at times. I noticed today one side of it has come away from the actual skin. I am so sick with worry that this is it, the dreaded c word. Can anyone shed any light please.

Nobody here is qualified to comment on your pictures.
You need to get it checked out by a Doctor, but it doesn't have to mean anything sinister.
I once had a mole appear on my face, grow quickly, get hard and start bleeding in the space of a month or two. When the Doctor saw it he just shrugged and said it's just one of those things. Another week later it dropped off and left no mark.
Please don't add pictures.
Just take some photos and ask your doctor if you can send them to him/her to look at.
