I did so well - Ovary cancer fear.
I haven't been here for two years almost, I've been doing so well, no anxiety what so ever, then it slowly started to hit me. I knew I was going in the wrong direction the day I found myself 02:30 at night starring in the mirror because my breast / areola looked weird, and some weeks after, there was something in my mouth that looked funny also. So I was kinda prepared at tried to relax, do yoga and be good to myself...
Then on the 22 of December I had Acupuncture for Fertility, after almost 5 months with no luck, almost straight after I had the urge to pee all the time, at that time I did not connected it with my Acupuncture. I survived Christmas but it got worse and before the New Year I called my doctor and got pills for an UTI, I don't know if that was the case, cause the only time I had one 10 years ago, It was really painfull, like peeing glass... This was not painfull, but the urge to pee felt like an UTI. I got pills for 3 days and it got a little better. But I still have the pressure at my bladder, mostly at night. When I wake up everything is completely normal, and I have periods trough out the day, where it feels normal, but then it sometimes come back after I pee, its like when my bladder is halv full or full its fine, but when its empty I get this really annoying feeling, Sometime it almost feel like a pressure on my clitoris, like Ive been aroused for a long time.
Now at this point I already was fearing Ovary Cancer, Now my fear is out the window crazy... I fear the worst. I have a doctors appointment monday, and right now I fear they feel somethis inside of me, and send me to a specialist where I have to wait weeks for any answer, I almost considered to pay myself to go directly to a specialist gyno.
I will say the symptoms are slowly getting milder, even thou my brain tells me its because im used to it now, and it still the same.. I have now considered if the Acupuncture play a part in this, if she hit a nerve, or if its just anxiety symptoms and tension, and a constant focus on my bladder...
Sometimes at night I just get this horrendous feeling that Im gonna die, and I shake a lot.

Hi I'm sorry you're feeling so anxious right now.
I can tell you I've had the same symptoms with the bladder pressure, being hyper-focused on your bladder, constantly having to pee even when only a tiny bit comes out, pressure on clitoris, and UTI symptoms.
For me that was 2 years ago and I was finally diagnosed with high tone pelvic floor dysfunction. It took a while to get my diagnosis. I started going to physical therapy for pelvic floor dysfunction and I was better within a few months. My symptoms come and go with anxiety and stress but now I am armed with coping skills to help heal myself before it gets out of control. My PT told me that I'm constantly flexing my pelvic muscles which was leading to muscular nuero issues. The physical therapy saved my life.
I continue to have bad health anxiety though.
I just recently replied to one of your threads about feeling an air bubble sensation. Has that ever gone away or did you find out what was causing it? Currently it's driving me crazy and I've made another appointment with my physical therapist. Hopefully she can give me some help. I was worried about a prolapse or fistula so I went and saw my gynecologist. she ruled out both of those things but I'm having a hard time trusting her...Because of it isn't one of those things then what could it be??

It's a panic attack. The shaking is adrenalin. Next time, get up - move about - burn it off.

Thank you so much for the long reply and for asking for one of my very old threads <3 I went to the doctor and he did a gynecological examination, and felt inside while he pressed down on my ovaries and uterus. He said everything felt fine and free whatever that ment lol. Before going the problem was much better, but it came back straight afterwords, so i figured it could be something with my pelvic muscles. I did a lot of stretching and Yoga, so now im better again, I still get anxiety flair-ups and pelvic pressure sometimes, especially when holding my pee for too long. So im trying to relax and trying to tell myself that if I had something big enough to press on my bladder, he would have felt it.
The bubble thing totally went away somehow ! I guess back then I linked it to my ovulation because my discharge is very jelly-like... but now I haven't had it since, but it was VERY annoying ! so there is hope for you.

It's crazy to me how sometimes things are just totally out of whack for seemingly no reason. I'm glad you gained some coping mechanisms for the pelvic pain. Internal examinations can definitely make it flare up. Anxiety makes it worse for me. I've never tried yoga but if it helped you maybe I should give it a shot. my pelvic floor physical therapist gave me a bunch of stretches to do that help me if I do them daily. I'm so glad you're bubble went away! Hopefully mine does soon! Thank you for your reply. :)

I just go with it because I know what it is. Have you ever heard the term. 'shaking with fear'? It's stress hormones, is all.
