No Panic/Anxiety Weekend

Well, summer is finally here as of today, and we're heading into the first weekend.

I wish everyone a great no panic/anxiety weekend. :yesyes:

I hope that everyone has plans that they are looking forward to -- whether they are indoors or out.

What are your plans for the weekend? (I plan on cooking a big Saturday sit-down dinner).

Don't have any plans? Well now is the time to make some!

And, remember, if any anxiety or panic knocks on the door, just say: "sorry, we are closed for the weekend, please try again on Monday, goodbye!" :winks:

hi there and hope you ok, WELL, i am going on my hols on monday morn so i will be racing round like a busy bee all weekend trying to sort house, kids, cases etc like us women do hey hehe. hubby will be sitting there saying calm down and chill no rush haha mmmm, inbetween that kids got partys to go too. but i am good so i not complaining, have fun with your cooking sounds like a fun weekend hugs xxxx

After an awfully dissapointing week of the return of worsened anxiety and feeling generally sh*t, i read your thread. You always manage to make me feel a bit better!

That would be soo good to be able to say that, although not just for the weekend but for panic to go away for good.:D

Sometimes I wish I could switch my thoughts off or put them on 'mute'.
This weekend I hope to relax and read and maybe sit in the garden if its nice.

I'm going to a friends for dinner tomorrow night and some shopping on saturday and then chilling in the gsun I hope. Isn't it great that about 6 months ago I thought I would never be able to go shopping on my own again and now I can, There is hope! x
