Ultrasound fears - hyperechoic endometrium. Age 29 :( x

I (29) went for an ultrasound recently due to very heavy, painful periods. Both my mum and gran had endometriosis before surgery.
The ultrasound said I had a small polyp (12mm) that they are pretty sure is benign. But my endometrium is "markedly hyperechoic".

I am low-key freaking out about this as I have had health anxiety and have no idea what "hyperechoic" really means. I keep googling and scaring myself :(. I really want kids in the near future. Can anybody shed some light? They advised I need a gyn appt within 12 weeks.
