For those who poke or prose their bodies looking for stuff..

Been falling down this rabbit hole recently. Seems like I have This constant fear that something in my body is not right. Always checking my neck and armpit for lumps, sometimes until it hurts. Looking in The Mirror to see if anything is “sticking out”.

If these was a serious problem like a cancerous lymph node, would it be quite easy to find? For example you wouldn’t have to prode and poke around, you’d be able to find it easily??

What's caused this? As in, what came before the checking...

For example: the death or illness of a loved one, stress at work or in general, reading about someone who has died...
