Help doses too close together

Propranolol freak out...

Ok took my last 2 doses too close together now I’m petrified!!!!

First dose 11am 2nd dose 5pm 3rd dose 9pm leaving only 4hours apart

FFS what an idiot. I usually leave 5-6 hours between

I really can't see there is anything to worry about. 4 hours sounds fine to me.

I phoned pharmacy and they said keep an eye on how I feel and now I feel panicky!!

You'll be fine:D I know some people that take 160mg per day and i've even seen some taking 240mg per day.

What dose do you take twice a day?

Hi I take 40mg 3x a day and normally leave 5-6 hours between doses.


I’m also on look pressure meds’ amlopipine

And anti depressants seroxat

I'm sure it's not a prob. It's only an hr different.

On a day when I have something big like flights etc I will take an 80mg approximately 7pm then 160mg when I wake up whether that be 3am or 7am... I’m fine
