its just what it says an assesment just be yourself dont put on an act and you'll be fine

thank u :) its to do with my mood changes thay can change real fast and i can get really over confident and like hyped up and i dunno if its just me imagining it but when i look back i can see ive been this way for a while. im worried its just me thinking it if that makes sense. worried what thay will think of me. x
thay are there to help just look on him or her a doctor of the mind
