How long after stopping Diazepam can I start taking Kalms?

Hi everyone,

I started a new job last week and was really stressed and anxious about it so I've been taking some diazepam:

Tues: 1mg in the morning and 1mg in the afternoon
Wed: 1mg in the morning and 1mg in the afternoon
Thur: 2mg in the morning and none in the afternoon
Fri: None at all!

I feel a bit more comfortable with the job now and don't want to keep taking diazepam and instead move on to Kalms as I just want to take the edge off the stress a bit. My only question is when can I start taking them? I've read that they shouldn't be taken together but I last took diazepam about 46 hours ago and don't plan to take it again. I did also have just under a half pint of beer last night and felt a bit sleepy but think that was mainly due to a long week and a 10 hour day.

Any advice?

I take them both together, didn't know you couldn't?

i was wondering the same as i take them both together - not at the same time ie kalms then if they dont ease it enough 4 hrs later i will take a 2mg diazapem up to 2 of each per day on my bad days or wen im flying a long flight over an hr
