Re: What TV shows are you watching right now?
I thought that 'Killing Eve' although good, didn't live up to the last series. (Different writer).
But series 3 is in the pipeline with the original writer, the gifted Phoebe Wallace. :)
I'm hoping 'Humans' will return and still anxiously waiting for the return of 'The Crown'.
Sad that 'Gentlemen Jack' has finished, loved it.
Not a lot on to tempt at the moment. :(
Re: What TV shows are you watching right now?
agree, Killing Eve was great but not as good as series 1
Gentleman Jack was superb, Bafta quality performance from Suranne Jones
Watched 'Dark Money' but not sure whether I liked it that much
Still enjoying Taskmaster as a bit of inane fun
Re: What TV shows are you watching right now?
Mezz, what's this "Years and Years?" where do I find it?
Re: What TV shows are you watching right now?
Rumour has it that Peaky Blinders starts again in August.....it's been a long wait.

@Carnation
Years and Years is on BBC iPlayer. Its a piece of speculative telly by Russell T Davies. Its written in shorthand and the years pass by very quickly but it is a raucous piece of work and really hits home how fast things could potentially change. Loved it.

I think recent TV would appeal more to the Movie lovers as a lot of recent TV has now become mini series where there are between 6 and 10/13 episodes to tell a story.
Its almost like a slower burn Movie style story telling. HBO are the masters of it.
