Somehow I managed to delete my post.
Dropped from 30mg to 15mg last week against gp advise to go 30mg one day to 15mg next for a few weeks then review. Felt ok so dropped to 15mg but anxiety came back bad so going back up. I wanted to know if anyone had problems when changing dose if so will things settle again I feel crap at the moment even tearful yesterday and cant eat much.

When I dropped from 30mgs to 15mgs I did it over 22 weeks. Depends how long you have been on it though as the shorter you have been on it, the shorter you can do the switch. I had been on it for 8 years.
First week I took 6 x 30mgs and 1 x 22.5mgs. Third week: 5 x 30mgs + 2 x 22.5 mgs etc etc spacing the smaller pills evenly throughout the week until I reached 7 x 22.5mgs. You can rest at this point if you wish for a few weeks. If all goes well, start again with 6 x 22.5mgs + 1 x 15mgs etc etc. You can drop it to one change every week if you wish instead of one change per fortnight.
Yes I have been on 30mg for 3 years. I tried to go back upto 30mg after finding 15mg was making me panic but found also going back up was too much so ive been at 15mg for a couple of weeks now. Finding it hard but hope to get stable on this before I drop again. Did you find you got any withdraws on your reduction.
