Green Stool....infection?

For 4 months Ive had stomach and bowel noises start after 2 lots of antibiotics in October last year.

I have no gallbladder so have weird bowel movements anyway at times. But not usually green. The last green stool I had was when I took 2 activated charcoal tablets last week.

Has anyone had a green stool when they havn't consumed anything green?
With health anxiety im trying to think rational about this as this pandemic is adding to the anxiety so I have 2 things to worry about. Ive been told IBS is what's causing the noises. But unsure about the green stool. I had bad sulphur burps the day before.
I take probiotics and digestive enzymes.

Has anyone ever had this? Im starting to think its a parasitic infection or something as other similar symptoms have been for so long.
I had H. Pylori 15 years ago so cant remember the symptoms.

could just be that food has moved too quickly through the body so it has bile pigment in it turning it green
