Heart flutter and thudding in ears anybody?

Hi there. Every now and again I get a sensation that my heart flutters. I used to get missed and skipped beats, but now my heart like to save them all up into one terrifying burst of fluttering every now and then. I am pretty good and not panicking as much when they happen, which yesterday allowed me to focus more on the sensation when it happened. I felt my ears thudding at the same time. I was standing up. Anybody else get this? It all lasted for a long ten seconds or so! I had a little panic and then went back to my tasks at work. Anybody relate?
