Twitching a lot is this common!

Since taking antidepressants for anxiety, I have been twitching a lot especially at night even in my sleep (hubby said), and on waking up in the morning.

Then on two separate occasions my whole body seemed to judder/jolt is the only way I can describe it, and it woke me up in the middle of the night with a fright.

I've been on 20mg of Paroxetine for two weeks before that Citrapromal for 3 months but they didn't help I had twitching on them as well.

Is this usual can anybody tell me please? :unsure:

Did it eventually help

I feel I have improved with the anxiety but still twitching!! I will discuss this with my doctor although no pain involved with my age 66 I worry about other health problems.
