Interesting Article about Porridge and the Gut
Hi,
Many people ascribe bowel problems to the "wrong" type of bacteria living in the gut. Some recommend pro biotic yoghurts, but according this article, the answer could be porridge:

Porridge certainly helps me. I'm sure my IBS got better when i switched to porridge from muesli for breakfast.

I eat porridge almost every day, it's so good for you in many ways and it tastes yummy too :yesyes:

I saw a part of the tv program last thusday when they were talking about statins.
I was very interesting.
I am looking forward to tomorrow nights program about the drinks that are mentioned in the newspaper article for the gut (what a horrible word, but never mind) as I have one (the drinks I mean) every morning.
I might be wasting my money--- we shall see.
Does ready brek count as porridge I wonder???:huh:
