Maca Root for Anxiety

For years I've suffered anxiety, low mood and this unbelievable tiredness and have lived around this horrible condition instead of living my life.

I’ve tried most things including SJW and Citilopram but nothing worked but last September I tried Maca Root and wow, I had normal energy and a drive I’ve not experienced in years.

Unfortunately it’s stopped working as it’s making me constipated and if I have too much alcohol I get this fatigue/depression that lasts for several days.

I believe it might be the Iron content that causes the constipation, which also seems to affect my mood as well and not talk the tablet for a day helps with bowel function.

I’d like to go back on Maca as it’s the only thing that’s ever worked for me except 2mg of Valium but not the side effects.

Does anyone have experience of this?

Never heard of Maca root...Didn't want to read and run though so hope someone else has and you get the answers you want :)

That’s what I’ve just learnt from searching this forum that Maca Root isn’t used at all, maybe there are superior things around.

It gave me normality for nearly a year and it was great.
