STRONG COFFEE and RUNNY HUNNY

WARNING - EXPERIMENTAL TECHNIQUE

This was a thing i did when my anxiety had reached a stable level and was not improving. I started drinking coffee and i felt great. too much and i freaked out. it slightly increased my general level of anxiety but it semmed to stop it going very high, as it had done in the past. I am now taking only citalopram. i have no need for Diazepam or alcohol or anything. just a few coffees in the morning and my day is great. i sleep better, eat better and..... [^]

skibba, and ,and, what! do,nt tell me i think i know.I,m not a lover of coffee, i find just hot milk has the same effect on me.[:I]
