Headaches/migraines: sometimes, recent sudden strikes of very sharp pain

Vision disturbances: sometimes I see spots

Sinus issues (congestion, runny nose, etc.): for a couple of years I can't breathe as clearly as I was used to

Toothaches: no

Gum issues (nerve pain, bleeding): yes, had gingivitis for the first time, hooray

Facial numbness: very strange, went to the ER for this, they said „paraesthesic syndrome”, prescribed some meds which I did not take because I kind of dislike meds

Adult acne: No

Difficulty swallowing: again, strange, I have had a weird throat ache when swallowing that radiated all the way up my right ear. Not always present, but definitely worrying.

Ringing in ears/pain: yep

TMJ: I am guessing this has something to do with the temporo-mandibular joint?

Neck & shoulder stiffness/tension: no

Numbness in left arm/right arm/both: yes - it is so strange :(

Numbness in hands (all over/mostly middle fingers): no, but i had a weird sensitive-to-touch pain in the tip of my thumbs. Pain triggered only when touching the tip

Hands trembling: no, but my whole body is shaking when I enter panic mode

Fingernail issues (splitting/cracking, ridges): no

Chest discomfort (sharp pain, dull ache, pressure, inability to take deep breath): yep - pressure and dull ache, occasionally sharper pain

Physical Symptoms


Headaches/migraines: Yes - tension headaches

Vision disturbances: Yes - right side gets blurry sometimes when I blink

Sinus issues (congestion, runny nose, etc.): Yes - sinusitis/rhinitis that is nonallergic - it's like having an allergy reaction but histamines don't stop it.

Toothaches: Yes - I haven't been taking good care of my dental health, partially due to all this anxiety.

Gum issues (nerve pain, bleeding): Yes, nerve pain in one of my teeth.

Facial numbness: Yes - right side

Adult acne: Yes

Difficulty swallowing: No

Ringing in ears/pain: Tinnitus since childhood - ENT said there's no issues

TMJ: Partial, jaws click sometimes.

Neck & shoulder stiffness/tension: Yes

Numbness in left arm/right arm/both: Yes - both because of ulnar nerve being compressed so it radiates to pinky fingers

Numbness in hands (all over/mostly middle fingers): Pinky fingers only

A lot of this is centered around sinus fears and MS fears. I feel like I'm suffering more and more from MS as the days go along and I keep telling myself it's anxiety.
