Crazy panic attack symptoms right now! Help!

Since my nephew died 2 weeks ago I’ve been having so much anxiety and right now I’m in a huge state of panic. I’m visibly shaking, feeling cold, numbness in various areas, tummy cramping, heart beating crazy-fast, feeling of adrenaline and doom, wanting to cry. I’m absolutely terrified and I don’t know why. I want to scream. :(

You're terrified because something awful happened. It's natural, unfortunately - grief can turn us upside down. Maybe call your GP and see if they can offer short-term pharmaceutical help?
