Re: Should I Worry About Two Episodes of Water Diarrhea?
It sounds like indigestion maybe? That’s how I could describe mine sometimes. You haven’t been eating much due to the upset tummy, and maybe your stomach is a bit acidic. The first time I got proper indigestion, I basically felt constantly hungry with a gnawing ache.

@Scass Yeah could be, it's settled down a bit now, I ate quite a bit today, but maybe the foods I ate just upset the gases and acids? I'm just drinking water now, see if it will help or maybe see if I have some Gaviscon. Going to try change up my diet, a bit more cleaner, see if it helps.
Thanks Scass! :)
Re: Should I Worry About Two Episodes of Water Diarrhea?
I've been getting a sharp darting pain in my upper stomach area throughout the day, on and off. It just comes and goes out of nowhere, it's really starting to make me anxious. What might it be? I haven't eaten anything unusual, I'm not dehydrated.
I'm worrying about it being a blood clot or an emergency. Its like a sharp sting in my tummy area above belly button?

indigestion? we have no way of knowing
Re: Should I Worry About Two Episodes of Water Diarrhea?
I know. Just asked without thought.

I didn't have any more pain for the rest of the night, but just a little while ago, I got another 'sharp/sting' pain, it didn't last very long, came and went while I was walking to the shops. I'm going to take it easy today because I've had my 2nd vaccine too, but also to see if my stomach settles. I'll try some bland foods, I just worry about random pains like that, and the worst possible cause like abdominal blood clots, stomach ulcers, etc etc.
