Re: Diazepam? Buspar?
Glad you managed to get the courage up to ask for it. Diazepam has worked wonders for me in the past.
I would be very careful tho, diazepam is very addictive and withdrawal once you are addicted can be very unpleasant. I only took it for a while, but it worked so well I could so easily see how I could become dependant on it. It makes you feel so very relaxed and calm, don't do any driving or anything while on it. Also, it can release your inhabitions and make you do silly things, a bit like being drunk, so be aware of that too. :winks:
Good luck,
Jim

Re: Diazepam? Buspar?
Airwolf - I'm no doctor myself, so this is all self researched.
10mg per day is an indroductory dose - a clinical dose is 15 - 30mg per day. Feel free to research for yourself. Thats how I ended up going from 10mg to 30mg - I had to actually tell my doctor that 10mg per day was not theraputic.
Again, each to there own, so what works for one may not work or others.
Krakers.
