Pelvic Ultrasound tomorrow... so anxious 🙃

I have my pelvic ultrasound tomorrow as I’ve been having some spotting between periods over the last few months.

I am so scared and have crippling anxiety today. Ugh I despise this so much.

So I had my scan about an hour ago. My partner mentioned my anxiety to the sonographer and she said results would be back in two days and a specialist report sent through. Then she said “nothing major on there”. Which SHOULD make me feel better but I’m still so anxious there was something serious shown

So that’s good? So you should be able to call on Monday. Why don’t you ring your doctor on Friday & ask if you can book an appointment on Monday to talk it through.

My doctor called me yesterday afternoon and said it was all fine, no sign of my fibroid I had either which is weird.

now I need to try to not move on to “the next thing”. I can’t keep on like this, I need to enjoy life.

I’m so glad it was all clear.
