I've come over here, because someone had suggested to me that I have hyper responsibility OCD, which could be the root of my health anxiety. Basically, I feel guilt and shame that if I get ill, I will be letting everyone down. I obsess with how I will tell my kids that I am dying (even though up to now, I have not been diagnosed with anything). I keep sorting tings out at home, so that my kids wont have to do it when I go.
On another level, I have to give to all charities, otherwise some punishment will befall me, and leave my kids parentless.
Obviously there is a lot more to it than that, but I was wondering if anyone here could relate?
