Fearing Bulbar or Respiratory ALS

So I went to a neuro 6-7 months ago for some neuro stuff after mononucleosis, I brought up als after reading Tuesday's with Morris etc. So I learned more and freaked out over my fasics which the neuro said were most likely benign she did some basic reflex tests and the vibratey ball thingy as well as an eeg for my headaches. She diagnosed me with tension headaches and maybe benign fasics if I remeber correctly. But when I think about breathing it gets harder but sometimes it feels a bit harder even when I don't think I'm nervous, sometimes I think when I feel better I'm merely getting used to my decreasing lung function. When I think about swallowing it gets hard to do as well. I am also co getter and cough alot. I don't have slurred speech nor tongue twitches and can lick my chin. I had been sitting for like a week but got active again so walking is weird. It is really annoying, I look at the als forum but not post nor comment out of respect. But one article got me going (https://www.alsforums.com/community/...morning.49954/) that one if links aren't allowed delete it pls. Do my symptoms sound als-like. Oh also I'm 15-19 years old and a male.
