Lawrence Leyton from C4 TV show amazing techniques

I downloaded some amazing software for phobias and panic attacks from the guy on TV Lawrence Leyton. He did the C4 TV show - Fear of Flying!

I must say the software absoluetly works. It is an interactive session and the software will talk to you and interact with you as you go along. Really clever stuff!

I had a massive fear of flying and I used the techniques once and it did the job, so well done Lawrence.[Wow!]

I watched the programme too. It really gave me hope. So u already bought the software? Is it easy to use and worth the money then. There are so many remedies out there. This seemed to help the people on the programme. I'd never heard of NLP before, but maybe it would help me retrain my brain?:D

Had a look at the software, have tried a few techniques and can't say I'm finding it that great. Maybe it's just me and I will try it a few more times, I think for specific phobias (fear of flying, spiders etc.) it would be great but for panic and anxiety it's quite difficult to get to grips with. He asks you where you are on a scale of 0-10 and the techniques rely on that scale, trouble is - I feel quite calm at home, it's when I'm out I feel anxious and I can't carry the software around with me!

most you can, yes. others are some hypnoisis sessions, theres like 12 differant things on the software.
