Does this sound like IBS?

I've been having stomach issues since January. Started with acid reflux and excessive gas but has also developed into constipation. I've suffered with this in the past but never for this long. I can only think of one time in the past two or there months when I've had a properly formed BM, they are always small and hard. Today I have soft BM as I had a curry last but its still on bits and not formed so I have no way of knowing if it's a bowel obstruction. I'm do worried that I have a tumour that's making my BM different. I can't get a Dr appointment until April. It's terrifying. I also have a lot of gas and indigestion.

When I started suffering from acid reflux/gastritis/heartburn my diet changed and therefore my bm changed too. I got constipated because I was getting anxious.
So it’s very likely this is the same for you.
Are you using any otc medication for any of your symptoms?

I was on omeprazole for a little while which helped a bit with the belching and throat burning but not really the stomach issues. I have tried fybogel but it hasn't made any difference. Someone recommended laxido but I've not tried that yet.

Omeprazole made me constipated and didn’t really help my stomach.
Personally I took omeprazole if I was in a bit of a heartburn flare, but the rest of the time I used gaviscon (tablets) if needed.
