Please please help me ASAP!

Hi,

I was just laying in bed trying to go to sleep and I had this big wave of hot tingles/prickles go through my head and shoulders. It lasted only a few minutes. When I moved around to distract myself it kind of stopped, then when I lay still again it returned. I sat up on the side of the bed for a few minutes and I went back to normal.

Do you think this could have been panic? I am so so scared right now!

EDIT: Just thought I would add that I haven't been overly anxious/panicky lately so this has come out of the blue for me!

I would put that down to an adrenalin rush.
They frighten the life out of me -i always fear that it is something worse!!!!!

hi i have these too and its horrible. Im told its panic and its one of the first symptoms i had tho i dont have them as often now. still, not nice.

I recall this is how my anxiety/panic started in january .... it's tough I know but it won't hurt you
