Is this acid reflux or something more sinister slightly yellow stools.

Since about October I have been struggling with my stomach my stools have had a slight yellow tinge to them. I have lost my appetite but at the same time my stomach grumbles, hurts. burns all the time. My stomach is really noisy aswell. I have had some really bad burping and bringing up sick burps or acid sometimes. Feels like a tight band around my abdomen upper epigastric area. Feeling bloated and full after a small meal. Could this all be my anxiety causing this I have had a very stressful few months and have started holding my breathe and tensing my stomach so I don’t know if the reduced eating and doing this has caused my stomach issues. I sometimes feel burning in the back of my throat too.

I haven’t been to the doctors about it as I can’t get an appointment I have health insurance but don’t want to put a claim in for something if it’s my anxiety causing it.
