Is it just a blip?

Hello all

Well it has been about 5 months since I have visited this site.. and I am pleased to say it was because my anxiety had got a lot better! However, things are getting a little stressful in my life (nothing major) but the last few days I have felt anxiety creeping up on me. Last night seemed the worst, stomach churning etc, but I must say not half as bad as it was before.

Has any one else experienced this? I know they say you can have "blips" during treatment but it would be great to hear your experiences.
