Struggling and need some help/advice

Hi, new here so unsure as to how this all works.
I've had panic disorder, attacks, depression and generalised anxiety for the past 10 years. I'm now 24 and feel I have lost 10 years of my life to this.
I am trying to accept all the thoughts and the symptoms and i just can't. I haven't left the house in days, can't eat much and i have no quality of life,
had to give up my job as i couldn't even do a full day.
I can't stand much more of this. I'm a complete prisoner.
Please help?
