So I've ben worrying bout breast cancer for a while now.and have been lifting my left arm above my head alot checking it and now my back,shoulder and. Spot on my breast is aching its been a week now and still aching really bad �� I'm worried its breast cancer as I no its s sign.
Beckie I am not going to go over your symptoms as I am sure that it has all been said before.
You need to fight this fear. How about coming back with 5 reasons other than cancer that could be causing you problems.
You have been doing so well but you need to keep pushing to fight the HA.
I no I've been doing well but cant shake this �� unless its muscular I cant be anything else
I am thinking that this is doubtless muscular, Beckie. probably from the lifting your arms up and ?poking your breasts to check things out. Lifting your arm/s up a lot will cause back pain and shoulder pain.
Try to ease up on that and the pain should calm down.
