Sertraline and palpitations

I suffer a bit with palpitations which sometimes drive me bonkers, however, I'm on day three of 25mg sertraline and seem to be getting more than usual and feeling spacy and light headed. Is this normal side effects or perhaps because I'm more anxious than usual?

Yes, it is probably a combination of both the med and anxiety, Dee. Most, probably all you'll experience in the next few weeks will be. :ohmy:

I’m also getting this. Have the odd skipped beat now and then and when my anxiety is bad they crop up more. Since I started back on my sertraline I’ve been having them
everynight when I go to sleep. Hang in there Dee �� xx
