Does this sound like ibs?

I'm not sure if this is normal ibs pains. I guess I'll just list them.
Pain under left rib most of the time but switches to the right occasionally
Feels like a hard ball under my left rib
Gurgling a lot and noises
Nausea
Burping
Pain in lower back on both sides
Feels like something under my left rib
Was consipated now it's really soft
Pain right under belly button.
Pain way down on lower side of abdomen right inside hip
Right now it's my back and nausea that are getting me. Idk if I should be considering something worse or if it's just s bad ibs flare
