Paraovarian complex cyst

Hi guys.

I'm having my follow up ultrasound for an paraovarian complex cyst that was found incidentally when I was having my endometrial polyps looked at. I'm just feeling really worried and could use some support. The doctor told me if she was worried about it she would have taken it out when I had the surgery to remove the polyps, which I understand, but then why do I need to have follow ups!?! I'm already thinking worse case scenario and I'm scared. :wacko::wacko:
