I take .5 three times a day. I feel like it slightly takes the edge off, but nothing like Xanax. Would you recommend taking 1MG in the morning and then the other .5 MG at night? I see my psy next week, just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?
Personally, 0.5 mg 3 times a week has always worked for me, even 1 tablet a day would make a difference. Everyone responds to medication differently, so I'd definitely advise talking to your doctor. I used to be on Xanax, but it was only Rivotril that made my feelings of panic and extreme depersonalisation go away.
