head feels floaty

also my eyes feel heavy , i feel like im walking about in a trance like state, does anyone feel the same?

almost like being lightheaded.

i do suffer from tinnitus so that sometimes doesn't help

I know exactly what you're saying. Not like, dizzy lightheaded, just as if your head is spacey and actually light. I hate it so much.

i have this too, and it sends my anxiety spiralling, i had it constantly over xmas, but now its gotten much better and just comes in waves whenever it decides to

I've had it before, a few years ago it was quite frequent but now it's very rare, like once every few months and it goes because I tend to ignore it and carry on with what I'm doing.

This is is exactly how I feel. Does anyone know what it is/ what actually causes it?
