Its value is in its placebo effect, which can be considerable.
If you believe it'll work, it probably will. And it can have its place as part of a calming ritual: just the act of using it could calm you down, regardless of the efficacy of the ingredients.
At the very least, it won't do any harm.

A lot of people find the bach stuff helpful,and it doesn't matter if it's a placebo effect or not really. Whatever gets you through the day as the song goes :D
