Hi I’m Ruth just joined today, I have suffered with an anxiety disorder all my life in and off. I am now 56 years old and have been struggling with health anxiety… on and off Paroxitine for 25 years since I had my daughter. Anyone else had similar problems and how have you coped. Also looking to start CBT again
