Is there a kind way to tell someone to leave you alone?
I'm feeling so low for the past week and a half and exhausted from meltdowns. I haven't felt like this for a long time and it's quite scary. I just want to be alone with my pets and family.

Just can't deal with the messages about meeting up and being sent his music to listen to and to talk about his relationships, I just want to scream 'i just don't care!' but that is mean so I can't.
Could you tell him you're going through a bit of a rough time right now and need a bit of space? Tell him you can't talk about it right now to stop further questions and tell him you will explain at some point?
Hi, I did tell him in the end and he understood.
Everything came to a head yesterday and my mum had to help me call the mental health team. They have put me on some antidepressants duloxetine which are different from what I have had in the past. I feel a bit of a state, like I'm on speed. I know it will pass but I hate this part so much.
It will pass, just give it time.
