Worry if I forget to take Propranolol?

I always worry I have taken the Propranolol if I wake up sometimes I miss it worrying I have taken it..it says 2/3 a day I take 2 how many and what dose do other people take? I worry I will have a heart attack if I some how take one and have already had one? Most of the time I forget I am sure I never took the tablet but still worry :blush:

I take 3 10mg tablets a day. I put them in a 7 day pill dispenser so that I can keep track easily, put two in a dispenser for each day of the week then you know by looking if you’ve taken it or not.

Phil, I take propranonol (or did when I was anxious) as and when I needed it... so missing a dose or 2 wouldn't make a difference if you are taking it for mental health problems

Me too - I've taken it both on an as-needed basis and daily. I believe the dosage for anxiety is low enough that skipping one or two won't make any difference at all - it's only (possibly) an issue if you're taking it for blood pressure issues.
