Embarrassingly no. I'm really not fussed about cooking which in a way makes it even more of an achievement. I kind of have a standard menu of meals I do and rotate them. Occasionally I will try something new, but more often than not it's the same old things.
Tonight was a veggie spaghetti bolognese (I'm veggie), with quorn mince and pulses. I'm pleased that I've eaten something healthy instead of rubbish.

It certainly is an achievement! There's nothing wrong with cooking the same old things though if you like them.

Not a bad day again. Had a bit of wobble late morning but I think that was because there were 4 of us in the office and 2 of them were being noisy - it was a little overwhelming, I guess I'm not used to it.
Went for a nice walk with the dog this afternoon, then yoga. I'm really enjoying it.
Little concerned about the morning, have to go to a training thing, a refresher on taking obs for sepsis. The whole department will be there, so I might find it a little overwhelming. The good thing is that it's an all day course but I only have to go until lunchtime as I'm still on phased return.
I seem to be having more good days than bad at the moment, fingers crossed.
Re: My anxiety is being triggered
I hope you can be the one in charge of your phased return schedule? Don't rush things in order to get back to your "normal" hours? It will pay off if you pace yourself and don't take on too much at this early stage.

Noise can "set me off" too when I'm in the wrong frame of mind.
As for sepsis observation - a subject I can get VERY angry about.

Oh no! It was missed? They are really pushing all out on the training these days. We all have to do it now. This will be the second time for me.

Re: My anxiety is being triggered
Glad you're feeling a bit better, Catkins. I know I've been quiet but I've been thinking of you.
