Travel anxiety/panic attacks

Hi, I’m pretty new here and this is my first post. Just wondering if anyone has struggled with travel anxiety and how have they overcame it? I’m going to Thailand for the first time in a few days.

It sucks that that I spend so much time being anxious about it and not Being able to be excited. I know that it’s going to be such an awesome trip, but I know that I’ll have so many anxious moments to overcome. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
