Obsessed over cracked tooth

A while back a month ago I cracked my backmolar tooth because a I hate something hard and now I have a container fear of teeth fragments from the area failing and I end up swallowing them.

After I cracked my tooth is it still strong enough for fragments not to fall and if I swallow a small teeth fragment and it is sharp will it harm my intestine or kill me

really now that's really overthinking and dramatic sorry but what are the chances my dad swallowed a crown years ago and had to wait for nature :) and it had a big spike on it you be fine
