You have no idea how deep and how far this goes. Suicide and homicide are daily ideations. I punched a hole in the wall tonight. It's going to have to be repaired. I can't stand it anymore. I haven't been able to stand it for years.

First, stop that social media shit. Delete yous FB and Instagram. You can decide who your true friends is and communicate with e mail.

Therapy would help too.

I'm guessing your an Asian female? Stalking sucks. You can inform the cops but don't expect them to do anything.

It really sounds like you need them.

Sorry you're having such an awful time. Charlie has a point, though; it may be worth looking at your interactions to see if you can avoid the main points of conflict. You can't change your colleagues, unfortunately, but if the situation's truly awful then it may be worth thinking about changing your job. Only you can decide this.

If you're not already getting professional help to deal with these horrible feelings, this might be an avenue worth investigating. I'm not saying everything can be perfect, but it might be possible to make a few minor changes so that it can be a whole lot better.

Yeah, I'm not an asian female. My enemies would have a hay day with that. I'm a 30 year old male, built like a football player. No one is immune to rape or stalking.

I've been drinking constantly the last two days and haven't eaten anything in three. I passed out and forgot how I got there. Only reason I remembered this was I saw the tab up on my desktop computer that I passed out next to.

I'm totally broken. I can't even look people in the eyes anymore. I'm commencing drinking again.

Social media is a nightmare, it's a miscommunication hell! I have an Instagram account that I use for fun silly stuff but I've abandoned Facebook and only check my messages occasionally and feel a lot better for it.

I'm sorry you don't feel heard, that must feel horrible, have you thought of something like talk therapy?

I feel very frustrated with people, and often find myself lonely and victimised, it sucks and it hurts but that's all the more reason to be good to yourself.

First off there is a little feature called block on facebook, I would suggest using it, secondly set your accounts to private and remove anyone from your friends list you feel isn't healthy for your mental and emotional state, then stop drinking and eat some food seek treatment and maybe look for another job? I, too am a rape survivor, I am female but it doesn't mean mine was more worse than yours, rape no matter the sex of the one being raped, is horrible are you seeking therapy and help for that?
