Help - I am worried about MRI results

feel sick! Have been chasing up my MRI results since yesterday and doctor's receptionist has just got back to me - said that she had spoken to my neurologist's PA, my results just came in this morning but as my neurologist is not back until tomorrow morning he won't be looking at them until then, then he will be dictating a letter to go to GP and to me. Doctor's receptionist has said to give it til next Thu and if I don't have anything by then to give them a call to chase. That will mean its been over three weeks I have been waiting!

I'm sure the receptionist sounded all sympathetic on the phone - she sounded different yesterday - does she know something I don't? Would the neuro's PA have told her the result? I feel ill at the thought of the result..so scared

I had my MRI on the 3rd of June, the radiologist had a backlog so they only got to read mine the end of last week. They have sent the report off to the neurosurgeon so I expect I will hear sometime.:shrug:

To be honest I don't really think about it. I have many hobbies that take my mind off things.:D
