Shortness of breath, can’t tell if anxiety or covid?

I get shortness of breath from anxiety and have been having it lately. I’m worried that there is something wrong with my lungs though since I did have covid back in March (thought very mild case). My doctor said she wouldn’t be concerned unless I also had a fever and cough but I feel like I can’t get a deep breath and idk if I am just working myself up.

If you had it in March then you’ll most likely have built up immunity by now. It’s very unlikely to be Covid-19.
