I take 187.5mg. I find that I’m going through a stressful time in my life right now due to medical issues and it’s not blocking my anxiety. I’ve notices that I don’t dwell on things as much but it’s not changing my mood or fear based thoughts. Do I need to go up to 225? My doctor mentioned that but I hate the increase of anxiety when the dose in increased? Any thoughts?
