waves of anxiety

last night i did not lye down till 2am and last time i looked at the clock was about 2.45am. and i had to get up at 6.30-7am to get kids up and ready for school. and the last thing i had to eat was at 7pm last night which was my tea. i was stressd all yesterday because i had an interview and i had to go somewhere today to do with the interview. so i was stressed over that too keep thinking about it. but anyway i went to bed and all my stomach felt full and i felt like there was a tight band round my waist. my head felt weird with like swaying sensations. my chest was feeling like electric waves and just waves of anxiety in my chest and all through my body. today has been better but still felt abit offish but feel pretty ok at the moment and today.:yahoo:
