I've been wearing this holter for a few days now, it's a 7 day test altogether, and I've been exercising as usual, but it has been a pretty stressful week so far, with personal issues coming up as well, causing me palpitations which I know full well are anxiety and stress-related. This may sound a bit dense, but how will the cardiologist be able to tell if I'm just stressed/exercising, or if there is actually something wrong with my heart rhythm?
