after dropping from 60mg to30mg because my other detoxing meds were causing problems i was put on 60mg Cymbalta while old meds were still in my system. After they were out i went back on my 60 mg i felt good the first week but the second week it seems to loose strength and i find myself slipping backwards my sleep is poor an anxiety is returning, does this mean i need to go to 90mg or is it a bummer med, i am sick of up 1 minute down the next . ADVICE PLEASE :wacko:
