Good to hear that you've got your motivation back.
It's gone again.
It will come back, just be patient and try and keep doing stuff. No matter how little it is.
I'm also having this kind of days. It might take days to improve my mood. I usually write down my priorities, change my diet (Take banana smoothie ), listening to upbeat music and reading my priority checklist.
